On the same day that Apple is slated to announce its much hyped tablet, Archos makes the news with some whispers of an Archos 7 tablet powered by Google’s Android operating system. The Archos 7 is much like its smaller relative, the Archos 5 and features a 7″ touchscreen display with a 800 x 480 resolution. Some other specs include at least 8GB of storage, an SDHC memory card slot, Wi-Fi, GPS and pre-loaded Google apps. Look for it to arrive in March from 180 Euros and up. Look for Apple’s tablet to hit later today and laugh.
