Mouse Computer of Japan has introduced a pair of new desktop PCs for your consideration. The Lm-i7720B-WS and Lm-i720X-WS. The Lm-i7720B-WS is powered by an Intel i5-560 processor and the Lm-i720X-WS uses an Intel Core i7-860 processor.

Both of these PCs feature 4GB of RAM, which is upgradable to 8GB should you desire, a 500GB HDD, 256MB nVidia Quadro FX380 graphics with Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit running the show. The Lm-i7720B-WS and Lm-i720X-WS retail for about $948 and $1,056.

Acer announced the new Aspire X3900 desktop PC that is boosted by Intel’s Core i7, i5, i3 processors. Designed for multimedia home-users and entertainment enthusiasts, the X3900 is equipped with integrated Graphics Media Accelerator HD graphics and either DVD or Blu-ray drives. It offers HDMI port as well.

The Acer Aspire X3900 gets up to 2TB of hard drive and an eSATA port is available for expansion. The X3900 runs Windows 7.

Close on the heels of giving us an update on using AMD chips in its X100 e and Edge series ThinkPads, Lenovo has revealed an update on a handful of new devices that would use Intel’s new mobile Core i5 and the four-core i7 processors. Set for debut on January 7, the prices are expected to start at $999.

The first among these new devices would be the W510 mobile workstation, which is seen as switching on to a new 15.6-inch LED-lit screen. It would also be presented as a device with multi-touch input and a color calibrator.

Lenovo announced its IdeaPad Y550P, the company’s first laptop to be boosted by the new Core i7 processor with Intel Turbo Boost Technology. The 15.6-inch notebook is equipped with NVIDIA’s GeForce GT240M dedicated graphics card and up to 8GB of RAM.

The Y550P can be equipped with optional Blu-ray drive includes Dolby Home Theater surround sound. It’s 15.6-inch display has 1366×768 resolution. It comes with a touch-sensitive slide bar, the SlideNav for easy navigation.
