It seems that the legal battle between Apple and Nokia has taken another turn as Nokia has followed up with a complaint to the US International Trade Commission (ITC), claiming that virtually all of Apple’s products, including iPods and Mac, violate 7 Nokia patents, not just the iPhone. The patents would involve hardware-related patents for antennas, cameras and power management, as well as user interfaces. Sometimes you have to wonder if all these lawsuits are productive, as we seem to be reading more about lawsuits than technological

There are also some markings on the iPhone pictured that seem to indicate a front-facing camera. Could the front facing

Back in November of last year we saw that GM was working on a mobile app that would talk to your Chevy Volt. While interesting, the app had limited functionality and wasn’t all that exciting. Well GM teamed up with OnStar here at CES to show us just how much has changed in the last couple of months.
With an actual Chevy Volt in the room, the two teamed up to demonstrate the various functions that would be at your fingertips. The app was able to not only tell us how much of a charge the car has and various statistics about recent

I have never, ever felt the need to read an issue of the New Yorker magazine. I’ve seen a few issues on the table at the various doctor’s appointments I have been to and recognize that the mag likes artsy covers. If you are a fan of the publication M-Edge is now offering a jacket for the Kindle featuring one of three cover designs.
The line is called the New Yorker Kindle Jacket and has covers called “Booktropolis,” “Book Lovers,” and “Sunday Afternoon in Central Park.” The cover of

Coincidentally, Google is also integrating Twitter to its Friend Connect service. Looks like we’ll have to let some time pass before we can make a final decision between these 2

It would be interesting to see the monthly power bill of the hotel though, and we sure hope this hotel contains elements of solar

Love hosting parties and want to be at the center of attention? Why not add some life to your drinks with Ballantine’s Finest whisky that comes in a new bottle that ought to turn heads wherever you go. No, it doesn't have the list of Tiger's (known) mistresses alongside a scantily clad image of them, but instead boasts an electroluminescent label which lights up intermittently in order to mimic the look of an equalizer which is responding to music. Heck, it might even fool drunk revelers into thinking that they're seeing
